    Need a Mid Week Lift?
     
    There's something for everyone at the church on Wednesday evenings from 7:00 to 8:00:
    1.      Junior High Bible Quizzing, directed by Carolyn O. (new this year!)
    2.    Spanish Language Prayer and Praise Meeting, led by Eric Ruiz
    3.    Pastor's Discipling Group, currently doing a verse by verse Bible Study on the book of Daniel
    Join us on Wednesday evenings for a mid-week lift!


    Note this:


    -English as a Second Language (ESL) Classes begin at our church on Friday nights in September.  This is not only a ministry to our community but is also  an outreach effort.  Charla L. is teaching the class.  

    -Children's Bible Quizzing is on Sundays at 5:00

    -If you'd like to receive a weekly email containing the order of worship for the coming Sunday and the Wednesday evening prayer list send Pastor Scott an email request: scott@naznet.com

    -A Spanish Culture Celebration will take place at the church on September 11.  There will be lots of music and good food.  Pray for this outreach to our community

    -Our ladies' group, CLIFT will meet on Sunday evening, September 26 at 6:00.  All ladies are invited to attend.

     

    -The Friday Ladies’ Bible Study returns to the weekly schedule on September 3 at 11:30 at the Carson Residence

    -Our biannual Alabaster Offering for world missions will take place on September 26 - all monies raised in this offering is used for mission field construction projects

    -The church trustees are working on a remodeling project for the front ladies' restroom at the church.  This is a much needed project and we appreciate the leadership the trustees are giving here.

    -The Ladies are planning an outing to the Kemah boardwalk on Saturday, September 25.

    -Church Prayer Line: The Church operates an automated prayer and announcement “phone tree.”  If you would like to receive these phone calls, please give your name and phone number to the pastor or one of the greeters.  If you would prefer to receive the prayer line via email, please send a request to scott@naznet.com
