Our Faith
Our church is a part of the world wide denomination, the Church of the Nazarene, and we appreciate the clear leadership our denomination gives on a wide variety of issues and concerns. History of the Church of the Nazarene
gives a brief history of the denomination.

Articles of Faith of the Church of the Nazarene
details the sixteen Articles of Faith of the denomination.

Nature and Beliefs of the Church describes the place of the Church of the Nazarene in the Church universal.  It also lists the items included in the Agreed Statement of Belief of the Church of the Nazarene.

Covenant of Christian Conduct describes the lifestyle of the Christian.  It lists practices avoided by members of the Church of the Nazarene; including entertainment that compromises our Christian ethic, gambling, and use of intoxicating beverages.  In this section there is also information on the stance of the Church of the Nazarene on divorce, the sanctity of human life, abortion, euthanasia, and human sexuality.  A description of the beliefs of the Church concerning Christian Stewardship is also found here.

Current Moral and Social Issues deals with matters such as organ donation, discrimination, abuse of the unempowered, responsibility to the poor, women in the ministry, war and military service, creation care, pornography, tobacco use, and HIV/AIDS.
